Weather in Indiana

Well I am getting ready for the Ice Storm we are suppose to have tonight here in Kokomo Indiana. We are suppose to get a mix of ice and snow that will last until Wed, They say it's going to be as bad as the one in 1978 which I did not live here then and I was only 5 at that time. Sorry I haven't been posting but my brother is in the hospital and it's killing me because I can not go down there because of this storm will also hit in Portsmouth Ohio also. Weather gotta love it lol. Well I will try to keep everyone up to date what's happening here in Indiana. I will take pictures of it also. They said we suppose to get 10+ inches of snow on top of the ice. That's just great no electric for us for a few days meaning no Cricut.

I stayed up late last night to make these, I think they turned out very cute. I used Simply Charmed cricut cart.

Hearts with Peachy Keen stamps

I made these today since I just got my first set of Peachy Keen stamps. I hope you like. I used white chalk on the red heart for the cheeks and bright pink for the pink heart.

How to clean any Cricut Mats

I've been seeing this all over the MB, Just in case no one knows how to clean there mats. The first thing I do is clean it with Generic Alcohol with a washcloth. Let that dry for about 5 mins. Then tape all the way around the edges with masking tape very cheap one. Make sure to get where your roller bars goes over mat on the cricut. I do mine right up to the line where you put your cardstock onto the mat. Then I take the mat to my sunporch well vented area. Then I spray it with this Krylon make sure to spray evenly and waite for about an hour or two then TA DA very sticky again.

But on the weekends I can't really do anything because my BF is home and I want to spend time with him because he is always working. And today he has the day off, so on Tuesday I will be making something and posting it.

GM Ladies UPDATE

So heres the damage I did. I bought 10 carts

Gm Ladies, I just called up my Joann's and they said if I came in today they would match Michael's ad. I also told the lady on the phone that I didn't have the ad in hand that I printed out the ad and she said that would fine as long as it showed the date when it was good for. So I'm going shopping again here in Kokomo though because we got about 6 inches of snow yesterday and today. She also said that someone else had already taken the ad into Joann's today and bought some carts. But I just hope they have some carts that I want. And yes I know I am a spoiled brat lol But my Birthday is coming up on Jan 23rd and I'll be turning 38.

What I'm working on now

Ok so all day yesterday i've been working on Valentine cards this is what I have so far lol I know it's not much yet but it's coming together. Plus we are suppose to have a snow storm today so that means I get to SCRAP YEAH !!!!!!!

Baby Eeyore on a Stick

I made this a few months ago using my Cricut E and Pooh Font cart. All I did was hot glued baby Eeyore to the stick. Great for using in flower pot inside the house. You can also laminate them then put them on a stick. That way you can use them outside.

What I got at Joann's

Ok since I was in Indy yesterday BF took me to Joann's too. WELL WELL looky what I found. You are not going to beleave this the Tinkerbell sticker was ONLY $.97 YEAH everything I got was on sale at Joann's also. The Shimmering Mist was only $5.59 so I spent $12.85 Total at Joann's yesterday. I got 2 of each stickers except the for bottom one ( Blue - Teal Green one) I got 3.

Going to Micheal's Update

Well I talked my BF into taking me to Micheal's today down in Indy on 82nd street Micheal's by the mall because we need to go to Toys R Us anyways. I just hope they have carts I want. I called yesterday and they said they had all the cake carts on sale for 9.99 and the western one but we will see what I get. I'll post what I get when I come back wish me luck. Update This is what I got at Micheal's Yesterday. The Pagoda as $9.99 The Paper tape was $1.49 and the deal of the day is the Tool set was only $5.99 so I only spent $18.69 at Micheal's yesterday didnt see anything else I wanted.

Mickey Mouse on a stick

I made these a few months go. I used Mickey Mouse Cart, Then I hot glued them to the stick. On top of 2 of the Mickey's I put a little clothes pin so you could put a picture in it. Some of the Mickey's have alittle bling bling. These are great to put in flower pots in your house.

This whole thing is nothing but Mickey Mouse loose paper. I also have the books which I will take pics of that later. There is one book in this one because i'm going to rip the paper out of it.

I didn't have no idea what I was getting myself into lol It took me about a month, with mudding and sanding and mudding again and sanding again of course. But for my first time I think I did a good job. And TA DA this is what I got for all my hard work.

Ok so one day I told BF that I was turning one of our bedrooms into a craft room. We use to have old wood paneling in this room so I ripped it off of the walls and this is what I found.

Mickey Mouse Christmas Wreaths

I made these about 2 months ago. I can't remember which cart I used to make the wreaths but I used Mickey Mouse Font cart for the Mickey Mouse head. I used glitter paper also for the heads.

What does your Craft room look like?

In The black case the bottom 3 are filled with Disney Paper.

Here is my craft room the room is sized 9 feet wide by 13 feet long. I know its small but I use every inch of it. And I know it's messy so don't mind the mess. lol
